Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) constitute a legally binding agreement between You (“USER” or “ARTIST”) and LP 17 MEDIA (“LP 17 MEDIA”, “KMR”, “we/us”), regarding Your use of the Platform, digital music distribution services, master rights management, publishing, and all related services provided by LP 17 MEDIA.

These T&C apply together with the Cooperation Agreement (“Agreement”) signed between You and LP 17 MEDIA. In case of any conflict between these T&C and the Cooperation Agreement, the provisions of the Cooperation Agreement shall prevail.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, uploading content, or signing the Cooperation Agreement, You represent that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&C.
